What sizes do you offer, and how can I find my perfect size?
Please refer to the Size Guide to find your size. We currently offer the sizes: 32B, 32C, 32D, 34B, 34C, 34D, 34DD, and 36C. We aim to add more sizes to our range as we grow.
How do I care for my lingerie?
Hand wash in cold water with gentle soap and dry flat in the shade.
Damaged items from improper washing can’t be refunded. Don’t soak for too long
Don’t use hot water
Don’t tumble dry.

Ordering & Shipping
What is your return and exchange policy?
All panties and final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Bras and other items may be returned/exchanged within 7 daysif unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within Pakistan will take up to 4-6 working days (excluding weather or political conditions).
Do you offer discreet packaging?
All orders come tightly packed inside a pink shipping satchel without any labels, making them all discreet if that’s a concern.
Customer Service
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Report damaged item within 2 days of receiving it to: info@shoplovelaced.com with your order number & photographic evidence to receive a replacement.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You may cancel/modify your order within 30 minutes of placing it. It is not possible to cancel/modify the order once it has been processed.
